The winery was established in 1998 under the name "Hermitage Road" because the McGuigans lived on that street. However, the term "Hermitage" is trademarked and so the new name "Tempus Two", in the sense of "second attempt", then resulted. The grapes for Tempus Two grow only in small part in the Hunter Valley. The Limestone Coast stretches along the coast to the south of Adelaide. This region is the largest producer of premium wines in Australia. The Barossa Valley is located one hour north of Adelaide. The climate is perfect for great red wines with soul.  Tempus Two Copper Series Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is a concentrated wine with flavours of blackcurrant, chocolate & mint. The fine tannin structure & subtle oak flavours. Aromas of blackcurrant and chocolate are balanced by hints of tobacco and spice from the oak. A concentrated wine with flavours of blackcurrant, chocolate and mint. The fine tannin structure, subtle oak flavours and succulent fruit finish have given rise to a premium wine with great length, depth and persistence.
