In accordance with the most ancient traditions and fully harnessing the potential of the Sicilian oenological landscape, Barone Montalto offers a line of products in keeping with the island’s notes, and a line with a strong stylistic character, which pushes itself beyond the border, to innovate a cosmopolitan territory that has always had a founding characteristic in its DNA: the capacity for acceptance and integration. Very deep red in color, it reveals candied and roasted notes on the nose. Rich, powerful, finely balanced, it gives the palate fullness and intensity. Savory meat dishes, baked pastas and aged cheeses. Serving temperature 14-16°C.
