It is made from 100% Sylvaner grapes, which are grown on the estate’s vineyards in the village of Wettolsheim. The wine has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a crisp acidity and flavors of lemon, grapefruit, and a hint of spice. It is best served chilled as an aperitif or with light meals such as salads, seafood, or poultry.
