Located in Napa Valley, Bread & Butter was started in 2013 by winemaker Linda Trotta's idea to bring to the market a series of classic Californian wines that would be approachably uncomplicated, but at the same time convincing the drinker with their quality. Deep ruby red with a youthful hue. Inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and cherries, complemented by subtle notes of chocolate, vanilla, and sweet baking spices from oak aging. Smooth and velvety, offering flavors of dark fruit, mocha, and a hint of spice. The wine is medium-bodied with soft tannins and a balanced acidity, leading to a long, elegant finish.
