In 1994, Chateau Larose Trintaudon, a major French Wine producer from the Bordeaux Region, patnered with a traditional wine producer family from the Totihue region in Chile and together they founded Casas del Toqui winery. In 2010, their Legagcy was recaptured by the court family who has a great passion for wine, contribuiting and adding their own unique and distinctive seal to the company. Made with the Sémillon grape, this wine is part of the Reserva line of the renowned Chilean winery Casas del Toqui. Produced with grapes from vines over 70 years old, grapes with a higher concentration of nutrients, 40% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 5 months and underwent the bâtonnage process of the fine leas (basically, stirring the yeasts that remain at the bottom of the container to give the wine more complexity). A wine with good intensity of aromas, expressive in the mouth and with a pleasant freshness.
