Located in Napa Valley, Bread & Butter was started in 2013 by winemaker Linda Trotta's idea to bring to the market a series of classic Californian wines that would be approachably uncomplicated, but at the same time convincing the drinker with their quality. Pale straw with a hint of green, indicating freshness. Bright aromas of lemon zest, lime, and subtle tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit, complemented by light herbaceous notes. Crisp and vibrant, with flavors of grapefruit, lemon, and a touch of green apple. The mid-palate reveals rounded softness, featuring melon and peach, harmonizing with the wine's bright acidity. A clean, refreshing finish with enticing minerality.
