In 1994, Chateau Larose Trintaudon, a major French Wine producer from the Bordeaux Region, patnered with a traditional wine producer family from the Totihue region in Chile and together they founded Casas del Toqui winery. In 2010, their Legagcy was recaptured by the court family who has a great passion for wine, contribuiting and adding their own unique and distinctive seal to the company. Intense aromas of ripe blackberry, raspberry, and spices fill up the bouquet of this well-balanced Syrah from Cachapoal Valley. The medium-bodied palate features ripe plums and blackberry flavors and a touch of black pepper framed by rounded tannins with just the right amount of acidity. The finish is medium in length with fruit notes in the aftertaste.
